Lindsay Schwab
Clinic Manager
First and foremost, I want to thank God for the opportunity to serve as the clinic's manager. His timing and plan have led me to this position, and I am incredibly grateful.
Before becoming a manager, I ran an esthetics business that I was truly passionate about. However, after having my child, I was involved in a car accident that resulted in severe back and neck injuries, preventing me from returning to my business.
After spending some time at home with my daughter, I realized how much I missed working and helping others. I longed to create meaningful connections and relationships once again. That's when I was introduced to this new opportunity and invited to become the manager of the clinic. I truly believe this was God's plan all along and now I am blessed to be able to show God's love to all of our patients.
When I'm not working, I try to keep up with my wild and sassy daughter, traveling (especially to Arizona), watching reality TV shows (my guilty pleasure), and trying out new restaurants.
Cristina Thomas, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
I am a dedicated and compassionate board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with years of experience providing comprehensive care to women throughout all stages of life. I worked as a labor and delivery and OR circulator before deciding to further my education. My passion for Women's Health led me to continue my education and become a nurse practitioner.
I am passionate about empowering women to take control of their health through education, prevention, and collaborative treatment planning. I specialize in hormones and menopause, reproductive health, gynecological care, and weight loss. I believe in an open trusting patient-provider relationship to foster a strong connection with patients.
I've been married for 25 years and have 4 children — 2 boys and 2 girls — and one fur baby. I love all types of self-care like skincare and makeup. I also love watching The Food Network and food competitions, cooking for my family, and watching the NBA!
Michelle Krumland, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner at Revel22 Wellness, where I provide compassionate, individualized care focused on weight loss and overall wellness. I have over a decade of experience in healthcare — including four years as a cardiac nurse and five years in primary care — and am passionate about helping patients become the healthiest version of themselves.
I am a lifelong resident of Lincoln, Nebraska, where I am deeply rooted in my faith and my community. My husband and I are raising our three children in the Lutheran school system and are active members of our church.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and supporting others on their wellness journeys — mind, body, and spirit.
Heaven Harlander
Patient Coordinator
Hi! I'm Heaven, your Patient Coordinator! I was born and raised in California and moved to Nebraska about 9 years ago, where I went on to graduate high school.
With over 7 years in customer service, I find I have a passion for making personal connections. If I'm not working, you can find me trying different local food spots with friends or at home watching Netflix and cuddling with my animals.
